skintoneai ("Service") is a free digital service providing dermatology-backed content and AI-powered skin tone analysis tools. All analysis results are AI-generated and fully automated — they do not involve human experts or consultants. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
2. Eligibility & Use Conditions
By using this Service, you agree to the following: · You must be at least 14 years of age. · You may only upload photos of yourself or of individuals who have given their explicit consent. · You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited: · Uploading photos of others without their explicit consent · Uploading images of minors · Using the Service to generate illegal content or infringe on the rights of others · Using automated methods (bots, scraping, crawling, etc.) to access the Service · Disrupting the normal operation of the Service · Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service's code or systems
4. Limitations of Analysis Results
AI analysis results are provided for reference purposes only and do not replace the advice of a professional beauty consultant or dermatologist. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from undue reliance on the results.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service (logos, design, text, evidence-based articles, etc.) is the intellectual property of skintonetest.com. Generated analysis results may be used for your personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Service content is prohibited.
6. Service Changes & Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes or discontinuation.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
